Sakura-isms

We watched the old film Out of the Mouths of Babes for family home evening this week and Jay mentioned that we should just ask Sakura these questions since she's just the right age to ask. So when we were in the car on our way to pick up primer for Seth's room, I asked her some of the questions I could remember from the film. Here are some of the funny things she said:

Sakura, do you know what fasting is?
No. (pause) OH! It's Daddy's car!

Who is God?
When you say prayers.

When will you see Jesus again?
When I get hit by a car and die then I will go to heaven and see Jesus.

Other funny things from Sakura:

she wants to marry Seth
she is good at conning her way into more than she should be allowed - like staying up later, more sweets, more Wii time...
she doesn't know who her best friend is, but it might be Seth
she wants to ride a school bus and doesn't understand why preschool doesn't have one
she is obsessed with people dying by getting hit by cars ever since she saw a skateboarder narrowly avoid that fate himself
she is already a backseat driver, telling you when the light is green or red and if you should go faster or slower - it's mostly slower
she's really into Dora and interacts with the show enthusiastically and makes you do it with her
she keeps referring to Allison in her sunbeam class as an authority figure
she has caught on to the fact that we have more spending money than we used to and is always trying to get us to buy her things
she can consistantly beat the first level of the obstacle course on the Wii Fit - she had logged over 20 hours of practice since we've moved here
